ThyroLove offers free economy shipping (5-10 business days) on all domestic U.S. orders, with priority shipping available for $9.95 (2-5 business days), and most orders placed by noon EST ship the same or within 1-3 business days. We do not currently ship internationally, and accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. The site uses SSL encryption for secure transactions and does not share customer personal information with third parties.
Refund details
ThyroLove accepts returns on unopened non-perishable merchandise within 14 days of purchase, crediting the original payment card for the item cost only (excluding shipping and other charges), and customers must email us to initiate the process, with the refund issued once the returned package is received.
