Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery. Arrival dates are for domestic orders placed before 1:00pm PST Monday–Friday. Deliveries made to U.S. Territories, APO, FPO, international addresses and items that are out of stock at time of ordering will not meet estimated arrival dates shown above.

Items marked "Ships direct from manufacturer" cannot be expedited and typically arrive in 1-2 weeks. These items cannot ship to a PO Box, APO, FPO or international address.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders placed by noon EST are shipped the same business day (M-F) or within 1-3 business days at the latest from the date the order was placed if the product is not currently in our warehouse.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Returns & Replacements

ThyroLove.com gladly accepts returns on unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase and will credit back the card that you used for the purchase. Refunds will be given on items only and excludes shipping, or any other charges. Customer returns for items received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned items less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us.

Return Procedure
For all returns, please email us and provide a specific reason for your return so that we can process it. Your card will be credited once we receive your package with the items you are returning.
